Who is ChamberGenie built for?
ChamberGenie is designed for chamber administrators, executive directors, membership managers, and operations staff — the internal team responsible for running the organization day to day. It is not a public-facing member portal.
When will ChamberGenie launch?
We are in active pre-launch development. Waitlist members will be the first invited into early access and will have direct input into the feature set before public launch.
What does DocuSign integration mean?
You can send membership agreements, contracts, and other documents for e-signature directly from ChamberGenie without needing a separate DocuSign account or login.
What is GenieMind AI?
GenieMind is ChamberGenie’s built-in AI advisor. You can ask it to research grant opportunities, draft event concepts, generate board meeting agendas, write member outreach copy, or produce custom reports.
Can I migrate from our current system?
Yes. We offer a white-glove onboarding service that includes data migration from spreadsheets, legacy databases, or other platforms. Our team handles the transition so yours doesn’t have to.

Built to fix something broken.

Chambers of commerce are among the most vital institutions in American civic life. The tools they’ve been given have never lived up to the work they do.

Chambers of commerce connect businesses, advocate for communities, and serve as the connective tissue between local government, commerce, and the people who live and work there. And yet, the tools available to the people who run them have barely evolved in two decades.

ChamberGenie was born out of a simple, frustrating observation: the organizations doing the most important community work are being held back by the least sophisticated technology. Chamber executives — often small, dedicated teams with enormous mandates — were spending their days managing spreadsheets instead of managing relationships. Chasing paperwork instead of chasing impact.

The vision behind ChamberGenie is straightforward. Give chamber administrators and management one intelligent, purpose-built platform that handles everything they need internally: tracking members from prospect to long-standing partner, managing the documents and agreements that keep the organization running, coordinating events that build the community, and tapping into AI-powered guidance when they need strategic help and don’t have time to wait for it.

This isn’t a generic CRM dressed up with a chamber logo. It’s a platform designed specifically for the rhythms, relationships, and responsibilities of chamber life — built by people who studied the problem carefully before writing a single line of code.
